1. What are you looking for?
Consider the reasons behind your decision to buy an
overseas property.
Decide on your preferred destination.
Write your Wish List: do you want to be near golf
courses, overlooking the sea, within walking distance of a
cosmopolitan centre with shops and entertainment or perhaps
you would prefer the tranquillity of a pretty inland
village.
Decide how much you want to spend. (Talk to an
independent finance specialist before your departure.)

2. View online and order a brochure
Request a copy of our
latest brochure which contains hundreds of
properties for sale in Spain. There are thousands of properties
to view on our website. Enter your criteria, request a
search and browse the results.
3. View the properties for real!
They say the best way to learn a language is to visit the
country…....the same is true when buying an overseas
property! It’s essential you visit and view before making
such an important decision. Have a good look around and get
a feel for the area, the people and the lifestyle. Our
Inspection Tours are an excellent and economical way of
doing this. If you prefer to make your own travel
arrangements, simply tell us when you are going and which
days you would like to set aside for viewings.
Prior to your arrival, our Associates will prepare a
portfolio of properties, tailored to suit your specific
requirements. You can be assured of excellent, non intrusive
personal service. Your Consultant will show you around the
local areas including the beaches, restaurants, bars, golf
courses, leisure facilities, etc.
Once you’ve found the perfect property, your Consultant
will arrange for you to reserve it with a small deposit. Ask
lots of questions – it’s better to get all the information
before you return home!
You will be given the opportunity to meet with a lawyer,
financial advisor, after sales team, furnishings department,
etc. It’s entirely up to you but we do recommend you talk to
the experts as soon as possible. |
