Subsidised Inspection Tours

Most Clients choose our subsidised, one-to-one Inspection Tours. They are cost effective and tailored to suit your requirements. All we ask is that you have the necessary funds in place and are genuinely interested in buying abroad.

A typical Inspection Tour itinerary:

Day 1:
We will collect you from the airport and drive you to your accommodation. Providing it’s not too late, we’ll discuss your requirements, take you on a tour of the area and visit some properties.

Day 2:
We’ll view more properties and then have lunch. In the afternoon you may decide to re-visit a couple of favourites or just continue and view some more. We’ll gladly show you the local facilities – the town, beaches, golf courses, shops, restaurants, etc. By the evening there’s every chance you may have located your ideal property or at least agreed a shortlist for further visits.

Day 3:
Hopefully this is the day you will decide upon the perfect property. If you have agreed on your final choice, we will arrange for you to pay the reservation deposit and, should you wish, to meet with an English speaking lawyer and financial advisor. Dinner is usually a big celebration!

Day 4:
If it’s all going well, it’s now time to relax or maybe tie up a few last minute issues. We’ll drive you back to the airport, hopefully, another proud owner of an overseas home!

Inspection Tour Details:

All Tours include 4 days / 3 nights, a dedicated Property Consultant, one-to-one viewings in an air conditioned car, familiarisation / exploratory tour of the areas, airport collection and accommodation.

Costa del Azahar, Costa Blanca, Costa Calida, Costa Almeria, Costa Tropical:
Airports: Alicante, Murcia, Almeria and Málaga.
Includes: Airport collection, transportation, meals and 4* hotel accommodation. (You simply organise and cover the cost of your flight)

Costa del Sol: Prices from £140 pp.
Airport: Malaga
Includes: Return flights, airport collection, transportation, self- catering accommodation. (You simply pay for your meals.)
