It is a lively and vibrant place which has been intentionally designed for optimal leisure and quality of life throughout the year. Here we are offering different apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms/1 or 2 bathrooms assembled in different block groups with different names.
The PLAYA CORAL group consists of two SECOND LINE apartment blocks, most of them with fantastic sea views. Block Playa Coral I has 326 properties and Playa Coral II will have 221 apartments. Both blocks feature private underground parking spaces (ground floor apartments will have their own parking space on the plot), storage rooms on top floor, children´s playgrounds and communal swimming pools for children and adults.
All apartments boast two or three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one complete bathroom, separate kitchen, comfortable living/dining area and terrace. Sizes depend on their position in the blocks.
All properties are constructed with top quality materials, excellent design, and with the environment and your comfort in mind. In addition, the apartments come with: cold/hot air conditioning in the living/dining area, gas boiler, sliding doors and windows, double glazing, reinforced door, fully fitted kitchen with white goods (glass ceramic cooker, extractor fan and hood, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc) and is fully furnished with a TV unit included in the price.
There are communal swimming pools for children and adults and landscaped gardens with exotic flowers and plants from all over the world. Marina D?Or offers you a world of services: hairdressers, fashion stores for men and women, perfumery, supermarket, and a variety of cafes and restaurants (barbecue, seafood, Italian, freshly baked cakes and pastries, etc) which complement the already extensive range of cuisine available in the different hotels located in the resort.
For a great evening out in the resort you will find discos, a piano bar, cocktail bar and pubs. The largest seawater spa in Europe is located in Marina D´Or, on the sea front and in the heart of the resort and with 40,000 square metres of facilities (swimming pools, hydro massage beds, Jacuzzis, ice cabin, sprinkle rain room, circular showers, etc) distributed in different areas: leisure zone, outdoor zone, VIP zone and modern health and beauty medical centre. The resort also has a sports zone with everything you need for fitness (tennis and paddle tennis courts, squash courts, mini-golf, French bowls and two sports complexes for football, basketball and other sports). A multitude of water sports can be practised on the beach: catamaraning, windsurfing, sea kayaking and jet skiing.
There are also two golf courses about 30-35 minutes drive away from Marina D´Or although a new complex, just three km from the resort, is going to be built. This new complex will be connected to the Marina D´Or Holiday Resort by monorail. It will feature three spectacular golf courses which have been designed to be suitable for high-level competitive tournaments and will come with leisure areas and clubhouses with a full range of facilities.
Marina D´Or Holiday Resort is located in OROPESA DEL MAR, a lively and modern town which enjoys abundant sunshine and a mild and spring-like climate all year round. Lot of excursions can be made from here: The San Jose Caves, 50km away, with the longest navigable underground river in Europe; The town of Morella, 95km, has a medieval castle; Castellon de la Plana, the provincial capital with its Cathedral, Bell Tower, planetarium, etc is only 20km away; The Nature Reserve of Delta del Ebro, 85km from the resort, which is the most important wetland habitat in the Western Mediterranean with almost 325 species of birds. The resort can be reached from Valencia Manises Airport (90km south), but the future Castellon Airport is going to be located just 20km away.
